Click on contact icon of your account

Here you can import your contact from different accounts like Gmail, face book, 

another yahoo account, outlook account and you can also upload a contact file from your desktop.

Now you have to choose an option from where you want to import your contacts.
Click on import option


Now your contact has been imported in to your yahoo account.
