How to create a personal folder in updated yahoo mail version?

Go to the menu bar of your yahoo mail account which is situated in the left corner of your account
  
Click on folder option

Here you can create your folder with two different ways

First is to right click of your mouse and click on create folder

And another way is click on + icon 

Here enter your folder name and click enter

Now your folder has been created.
